About Us

B Logic Construction came about as an older generation was not ready to retire and a younger generation wanted to build a legacy in the construction industry. Taking the experience of the older generation, with years in executive management positions in the construction industry. Combining that with the younger generations' knowledge, skills, and drive developed with education through schooling and experiences with other companies in the construction industry. B Logic Construction brings a passion for the construction industry that continues to be honest, safe, and innovative.

Our new generation is excited about the opportunity to build a construction firm that can be at the forefront of the construction industry. By using evolving construction equipment, technology, and safety practices. This will help build projects safer and on schedule. These tools will also help our clients to have the ability to see what it will look like to have quality buildings before their buildings are constructed. Construction processes can be evaluated for problems before they are installed which will improve construction means and methods. Construction personnel will have the benefit of a safer workplace so that they can support and be with their families. We look forward to what the future brings, and we are excited that our team will be a part of that.

Brian Bagnell

President

Brian comes from a long and distinguished background in construction. Brian heads our company and oversees the daily business functions. Brian has over 30 years in the construction industry. Working in management for such companies as Bud Bailey Swinerton Construction, Weis builders, Layton Construction, Kier Construction, and as a vice president of Continental Engineering & Construction Inc. Brian has managed projects in every construction sector and has great working relationships with many of the construction industry leaders. Brian also served on the board of directors for the AGC of Utah.

Bret Bagnell

Vice President of Operations

Bret comes from a background in excavation and heavy equipment. Bret has a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in business administration. Bret manages the day to day operations of our business, accounting, and on-site management.

Justin Bagnell

Vice President of Construction and Estimating

Justin comes from a background in Government, Industrial, Commercial, and Metal Building industries. He brings 10 years of knowledge in construction management, estimating and other supporting industries. Justin Manages our on-site construction and estimating team as well as business relations and marketing. Justin is currently finishing his Bachelor in Business Management from Western Governors University
